As each piece is handcrafted with care and made specifically for you, we have a limited return policy. Please read carefully before placing your order to understand our terms.

Understanding Our Handcrafted Products

Every piece at She Loves Resin is handmade with love by our artist, Aneeqa Tanveer. Each creation is unique and may have slight variations in color, pattern, and finish - this is the beauty of handcrafted art.

We use real dried flowers, natural elements, and high-quality resin. Due to the nature of these materials and the handcrafting process, no two pieces are exactly alike. These subtle differences make your piece one-of-a-kind.

We invest significant time, effort, and premium materials into each creation. Once a piece is made, it cannot be repurposed or resold easily, which is why we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Eligible for Refund or Exchange

We will gladly provide a refund or exchange in the following situations:

Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives broken, cracked, or damaged due to shipping. You must report this within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the damage and packaging.

Wrong Item Received

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of what you received.

Significant Manufacturing Defect

If there is a clear manufacturing defect that significantly affects the quality or usability of the product. Minor variations in handmade items are not considered defects.

Not Eligible for Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or found something different. Please consider carefully before ordering.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom orders, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces are final sale. We cannot accept returns on items created specifically for you unless they arrive damaged.

Color Variations

Slight color differences between the product and photos on your screen are normal and not grounds for return. Monitor settings vary, and natural elements may appear slightly different in person.

Natural Variations in Handmade Items

Small air bubbles, slight pattern variations, or minor differences in flower placement are characteristics of handmade resin art, not defects. These make each piece unique.

Damage After Delivery

We cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper storage, or accidents. Once successfully delivered, the item is your responsibility.

Late Claims

Refund requests made after the 48-hour window for damaged items or 7 days for other issues will not be considered. Timely communication is essential.

How to Request a Refund

Document the Issue

Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item. Include photos of the packaging if the damage occurred during shipping. The more documentation, the faster we can process your request.

Contact Us Promptly

Email us at hello@shelovesresin.com or reach out via WhatsApp within the specified timeframe. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Wait for Review

We will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may ask for additional photos or information. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Resolution

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation and product availability. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Processing

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For bank transfers, please provide your account details.

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item has minor issues that do not warrant a full refund. This will be discussed and agreed upon before processing.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If we ship a replacement, we cover the shipping cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only. If you would like a different product instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item at no additional cost once we verify the issue with the original product. You may be asked to return the damaged item in some cases.

Order Cancellations

Before Processing: If your order has not yet been processed (usually within the first 12 hours), you may request a cancellation for a full refund.

After Processing Begins: Once we have started creating your item, cancellation may not be possible. For custom orders, cancellation is not possible once work has begun.

After Shipping: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our return process if eligible.

While our return policy may seem strict, please know that we put our heart into every piece we create. We carefully inspect each item before shipping and take extensive care in packaging to prevent damage.
