Delivery Issues
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional charges.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If still not found, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the courier to investigate.
