Welcome to She Loves Resin ("we," "us," "our"), a handcrafted resin art business owned and operated by Aneeqa Tanveer, based in Lahore, Pakistan.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you ("customer," "buyer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2.1 Handcrafted Items: All products sold by She Loves Resin are handmade by our artist. Due to the handcrafted nature, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, pattern, size, and finish compared to the photos shown on our website.

2.2 Natural Elements: Many of our products contain real dried flowers, leaves, and other natural elements. These materials may vary in appearance, and slight differences are a characteristic of the natural materials, not defects.

2.3 Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display accurate colors on our website. However, actual colors may vary from screen to screen due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography. Minor color variations are not grounds for returns.

2.4 Product Descriptions: While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, sizes, and specifications, slight variations may occur. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before ordering.

3.1 Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after we have received full payment and sent you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. International customers may pay via PayPal or international bank transfer.

3.3 Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price shown at checkout.

3.4 Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for selected areas within Pakistan. A partial advance payment may be required for high-value orders or first-time customers to confirm order sincerity.

3.5 Currency Conversion: For international orders, currency conversion rates are determined by payment processors. Any conversion fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4.1 Custom Order Process: Custom orders require a consultation to discuss design, colors, size, and pricing. A 50% advance payment is required to begin work on custom orders.

4.2 Design Approval: For custom orders, we will share design concepts or progress photos for your approval. Once approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

4.3 Final Sale: All custom and personalized orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available for custom orders unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.

4.4 Timeline: Custom orders require additional time for creation. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order. Delays may occur due to material availability or complexity of design.

4.5 Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun. The advance payment is non-refundable if you cancel after work has started.

5.1 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders have separate timelines communicated at the time of order.

5.2 Shipping Partners: We use TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, PostEx, and other trusted courier services for domestic shipping. International shipments use DHL, FedEx, or Pakistan Post EMS.

5.3 Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5.4 Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5.5 International Orders: International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

5.6 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the courier, although we will assist in filing claims where possible.

6.1 Limited Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Please see our full Refund Policy for detailed information.

6.2 Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

6.3 No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or because the item looks different from expectations due to normal handmade variations.

6.4 Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, sale items, and used items are not eligible for return or refund.

7.1 Ownership: All designs, photographs, content, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of She Loves Resin and Aneeqa Tanveer. Reproduction, copying, or use without permission is prohibited.

7.2 Customer Photos: By sharing photos of your purchases with us, you grant us permission to use these images for marketing purposes on our website and social media, with appropriate credit where applicable.

7.3 Design Copying: Our designs are original creations. Customers may not replicate our designs for commercial purposes or claim them as their own work.

8.1 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

8.2 Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8.3 Product Use: Resin products are for decorative purposes. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow care instructions.

8.4 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions, delays, or failures of third-party services including courier companies, payment processors, or customs authorities.

9.1 Care Instructions: Resin products require proper care. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods, avoid exposure to extreme heat, and clean gently with a soft cloth.

9.2 No Warranty: Products are sold "as is" without any express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee products against normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage from improper care.

9.3 Jewelry Care: Resin jewelry should not be exposed to perfumes, lotions, water, or chemicals. Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising.

10.1 Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to process your orders and provide services. This includes name, address, email, phone number, and payment information.

10.2 Data Use: Your information is used solely for order processing, shipping, customer service, and marketing communications (if you opt in). We do not sell your data to third parties.

10.3 Communication: By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails and messages related to your order. Marketing communications require separate opt-in.

11.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

11.2 Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days.
